1Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms", "these Terms", or "this Agreement") govern all access to and use of the pik365 platform, including the website accessible at https://pik365.cam, any associated mobile-optimized interfaces, and all gaming, wagering, and ancillary services offered thereunder (collectively, "the Platform" or "the Service").

The Platform is operated by pik365 (hereinafter "pik365", "the Operator", "we", "us", or "our"), an international online gaming operator holding a license issued by a recognized gaming jurisdiction. pik365 is not licensed, regulated, approved, or endorsed by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, or any other Pakistani federal, provincial, or local authority.

By accessing, registering on, or using the Platform in any capacity, you (hereinafter "the User", "the Player", or "you") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

2Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means a registered user account created on the Platform by a natural person in accordance with these Terms.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of verified deposited funds and credited bonus amounts held in a User's Account at any given time, subject to applicable wagering restrictions.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, or other promotional incentive awarded by pik365 to a User, subject to applicable bonus terms and wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification — the process by which pik365 verifies the identity, age, and residence of a User using acceptable documentary evidence.
• "Platform" has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 1 (Introduction) above.
• "Real-Money Activity" means any wager, bet, game play, or transaction involving verified deposited funds as distinguished from play-money or demo modes.
• "Restricted Territory" means any jurisdiction in which the Operator has determined that providing online gaming services is legally restricted, prohibited, or otherwise operationally unsupported.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum aggregate wager amount that must be completed before bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal, as specified in the relevant promotional terms.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the official currency of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, referenced throughout this document and the Platform for display and context purposes.

3Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on the Platform, a User must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Be a natural person of at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age stipulated by the applicable operator license jurisdiction, whichever is greater;
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of their country of residence;
• Not be accessing the Platform from a Restricted Territory as defined in Section 2 above;
• Not be a person who has previously been self-excluded from the Platform or any affiliated platform and for whom the exclusion period remains active;
• Not be an employee, consultant, agent, or close family member of an employee, consultant, or agent of pik365 or its affiliated entities, unless the Operator has expressly permitted such participation in writing.

It is the sole responsibility of the User to verify that their participation in online gaming is lawful in their applicable jurisdiction before registering. pik365 does not accept any legal liability arising from a User's failure to comply with local laws.

4Registration & Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

4.1 Registration Requirements

Users must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering an Account, including but not limited to: full legal name, date of birth, country of residence, and a valid email address. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.2 One Account Policy

Each natural person is permitted to hold one registered Account on the Platform at any time. Operating multiple Accounts, whether individually or in concert with other persons, is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

4.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

pik365 is required to verify the identity and age of all Users before processing any withdrawal request and may request verification at any other stage at its reasonable discretion. Acceptable KYC documentation includes:

• A valid, government-issued photo identification document (e.g., National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence);
• Proof of current residential address dated within 90 days (e.g., utility bill or bank statement);
• Proof of payment method ownership, where required by the Operator's compliance procedures.

Accounts that have not completed KYC verification may have withdrawal functionality restricted. pik365 reserves the right to suspend an Account pending completion of satisfactory KYC checks.

4.4 Account Security

The User is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Account credentials, including their password. pik365 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized Account access resulting from the User's failure to adequately protect their login credentials. Users must notify pik365 immediately via [email protected] if they suspect unauthorized access to their Account.

5Account Management

5.1 Account Suspension and Closure

pik365 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, in cases including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, money laundering, or match-fixing activity, failure to complete KYC verification, or operation of multiple Accounts.

5.2 Dormant Accounts

An Account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more may be classified as dormant. pik365 may apply a monthly inactivity fee to dormant Account balances as disclosed in the Platform's fee schedule. Users will be notified by email before any inactivity fee is applied.

5.3 Voluntary Account Closure

Users may request closure of their Account at any time by contacting pik365 support. Any remaining verified real-money balance (net of applicable fees and bonus conditions) will be returned to the User via their last verified payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

6Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits

Users may fund their Accounts using payment methods listed in the Platform's cashier section at the time of deposit. Available methods may vary by region and are subject to change. The minimum deposit amount is specified in the cashier. pik365 does not accept third-party deposits — funds must originate from a payment instrument owned and verified in the User's name.

Payment providers referenced on this Platform — including but not limited to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah — are cited for informational and contextual purposes only. Their mention does not constitute endorsement of, affiliation with, or support for gambling activities by those institutions. Users must verify the availability of any specific method in their cashier at the time of deposit.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to:

• Completion of KYC verification to the required level;
• Satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds;
• Compliance with applicable minimum and maximum withdrawal limits as disclosed in the cashier;
• Withdrawal to a payment method verified in the User's name and previously used for a deposit where technically required.

Estimated processing windows are displayed in the cashier section and are subject to variation based on payment provider processing times. pik365 does not guarantee specific processing speeds.

6.3 Currency

Account balances may be maintained and displayed in various currencies depending on platform configuration. References to PKR (Pakistani Rupee) on the Platform are for contextual display purposes. Actual transaction processing currency depends on the payment method and cashier settings applicable to the User's Account.

7Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 General Betting Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the Platform are subject to the specific game or sports betting rules published within each respective game or market. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail in respect of that game or market.

7.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake amounts are displayed at the time of bet placement and may vary by game, market type, and Account tier. pik365 reserves the right to limit the stakes or winnings of any individual Account at its reasonable discretion.

7.3 Errors and System Malfunctions

In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or clearly erroneous odds or pricing, pik365 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Users. Winnings resulting from manifest errors are not payable and any such winnings credited will be reversed. Players should contact support immediately upon becoming aware of any system anomaly.

7.4 Match Fixing and Sports Integrity

Wagering on events in which a User, or any party connected to the User, has the ability to influence the outcome is strictly prohibited. pik365 actively cooperates with relevant sports governing bodies and integrity organizations to protect the integrity of sport, including Pakistan cricket, PSL, ICC events, and all other leagues and competitions offered on the Platform.

7.5 Live Betting

Live in-play bets are accepted at the Operator's discretion. pik365 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets, reject bets, or void wagers placed after an in-play event's natural conclusion, including in circumstances of transmission delay. Live odds are subject to rapid change and no bet is accepted until confirmation is provided to the User.

8Bonuses & Promotions

8.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, free spins, and other promotional incentives offered by pik365 are subject to the specific bonus terms attached to each promotion, which form part of these Terms by reference. In the event of conflict, specific bonus terms prevail.

8.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise specified in the applicable promotional terms, bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before any derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier and eligible game contributions are detailed in each individual promotion's terms.

8.3 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to eligible registered Users as defined by the applicable promotion. pik365 reserves the right to determine eligibility in its sole discretion. Users who have self-excluded or who are participating under a responsible gambling restriction may be excluded from promotional offers.

8.4 Withdrawal Restrictions on Bonus Funds

Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn. Where a User requests withdrawal of real-money funds while a bonus is active, the bonus and associated pending winnings may be forfeited. Users should review applicable bonus terms carefully before requesting a withdrawal.

9Responsible Gambling

pik365 is committed to providing a responsible and safe gaming environment. We offer the following player-protection tools, all accessible directly from the Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly caps on deposits. Limit increases take effect after a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Maximum loss thresholds per session or period. Once reached, further wagers are blocked until the period resets.
• Session Time Limits: Automatic reminders and optional forced logouts after a configured playing duration.
• Cool-Off Periods: Short-term voluntary account pauses ranging from 24 hours to several weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Extended or permanent account closure. Once activated, reactivation is subject to a mandatory waiting period and review.

10Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform:

• Registering more than one Account per natural person;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, financial fraud, or other criminal activity;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities to obtain an unfair advantage;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in any unauthorized manner;
• Placing bets on events the outcome of which the User has prior knowledge of through non-public means;
• Coordinating with other Users to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures;
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Territory using a VPN, proxy, or other circumvention method;
• Any conduct that pik365 reasonably determines to be detrimental to the integrity of the Platform or the interests of other Users.

pik365 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account engaged in prohibited conduct and to forfeit any balance in such Account where permitted by applicable law.

11Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, graphics, text, images, logos, trademarks, audio files, and the overall design — is the exclusive property of pik365 or its licensors and is protected by applicable international intellectual property laws.

No content from the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, published, reverse-engineered, modified, or used for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of pik365. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms.

12Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pik365 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to:

• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of access to the Platform;
• Any loss of data, funds, or profits resulting from Platform use;
• Any unauthorized access to, or alteration of, a User's Account or transmissions;
• Any technical failure, system downtime, or data transmission error;
• Any action taken by third-party payment providers in connection with transactions initiated on the Platform.

In jurisdictions where exclusion of consequential or incidental damages is not permitted, pik365's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be legally excluded.

13Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pik365 holds its gaming license.

These Terms do not constitute a claim that online gaming is legal in Pakistan or in any other specific territory. Users are solely responsible for ensuring their compliance with local laws. pik365 is an international operator and is not subject to the jurisdiction of Pakistani courts or regulatory bodies.

14Amendments to These Terms

pik365 reserves the right to amend, modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Where amendments are material, pik365 will use reasonable endeavors to notify registered Users via the email address associated with their Account or by a prominent notice posted on the Platform.

The effective date of the most recent version of these Terms is indicated at the top of this page. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes the User's acceptance of the revised Terms. If a User does not agree to any revised Terms, they must cease using the Platform immediately and request Account closure.
